The HIGGINS AND SMITH BLUEGRASS BAND is base in the Hudson Valley area of  New York State and have been playing the traditional sound of Bluegrass music together for many years.

J.C Higgins rhythm Guitar and vocals, L.C. Smith on the five string Banjo and vocals have been playing together since the early 80's offering a true Bluegrass sound with their close Bluegrass harmony, Together with Matt Bowe playing Mandolin and flat-top Guitar, Terry Ghee on Fiddle and Ron Bellis on the stand-up Bass "keeping it all together".
